The individual plated display challenge comprises of 5 different classes. Individual professional chefs compete in these classes, which include Plated Appetizers, Plate Dishes (European Main Course), Brunch Plates (Healthy Menu), Tapas / Finger Food & Progressive Indian Meal. Competitor from various culinary establishments will be pitting their skills against one another in the various categories.
A unique combination of Table side service flair with lip smacking culinary delights prepared live in front of judges and visitors. The THFS- Gourmet Team Challenge entrails the preparation of a 4 course menu with full service in a stimulated restaurant style set up. The winning team will be awarded based on criteria such as materials used/mise-en-place, hygiene, presentation/innovation and taste & texture.
